The Travelport DOGS Plugin is designed to provide/deploy/update existing Galileo Solutions to better support customers and help customer support. It's focused on small, useful tools and the option to quickly deploy/update/retract single components if needed.

#BMEIA - BMEIA TravelWarnings

#BMEIA examines all active segments on screen and displays the current RiskLevels (TravelWarnings) for destination countries according to the Austrian Foreign Ministry or Bundesministerium Europaeische und Internationale Angelegenheiten (BMEIA).

Data is provided by the BMEIA and imported/updated in Smartpoint regularly - Travelport Austria assumes no responsibility that the information supplied by the BMEIA is complete, correct or up-to-date.

You can also enable automatic checking of segments and alerting when a destination with RiskLevel 5 or 6 is booked by entering #ENABLE BMEIA

#-PAXNAME - Search only active bookings

#-PAXNAME works similar to normal PNR search e.g. *-DOE/JOHNMR but displays only active bookings.

Hover with mouse over paxname to display more booking details

Click on column header to sort result by Date, Name, Type or Depart

#L displays the last search result again from cache.

e.g. #2 will display the second PNR from list

Additional search filter options

e.g. remove KEEP segments by adding *NOKEEP
#-DOE/JOHNMR*NOKEEP

e.g. display only HOTEL segments by adding *HOTEL
#-DOE/JOHNMR*HOTEL

Optional inclusive filters: *KEEP, *AIR, *HOTEL or *HTL, *CAR, *LCC, *NDC, *TKT (can be combined with other filters)

Optional exclusive filters: *NOKEEP, *NOAIR, *NOHOTEL or *NOHTL, *NOCAR, *NOLCC, *NONDC, *NOTKT (can be combined with other filters)
Branch search

To perform a search across all connected PCC's you can use
##-PAXNAME and ##L - e.g. ##-DOE/JOHNMR

This will also show in which PCC an open booking was found.

Hovering over Record with your mouse displays a preview of the PNR.

Clicking on the RecordLocator will do an emulate and retrieve of the PNR.

#CONTACT - add/update/refuse/delete contact information

#CONTACT or #CTC allows you to add, update, delete or refuse passenger contact information to all carriers in your bookings.

Note: if you already have contact information in your booking and add additional segments you just need to enter #CONTACT and all previously entered contact information will automatically be added for the new segments.

#IWD (Itinerary With Details) displays all flight segments and copies the result to clipboard for quick and easy infos to the customer.

#INSU - Insurance Tool

#INSU or click on InsuranceTool Button lets you book/cancel travel insurances (via CETS Interface) and puts all relevant data into the PNR for the customer (RI Remarks) as well as the agent/backoffice (DI Remarks). An existing contract with an insurance company is needed and your terminal-id has to be configured for InsuranceTool/CETS by Travelport Austria or Travelport Switzerland.
Note: InsuranceTool Button is only displayed in Austrian/Swiss PCCs.

#FQP - FQP Assistant

Get Fare calculation quickly without a PNR. Useful in the following situations:

When you need to receive a specific Fare calculation which is not returned by the system after >FQ or >FQBB based on the PNR, or if PNR cannot be used
When the PNR is partly flown and you need to find the correct RBD (booking class) for the return travel
When the upgrade to the higher Fare has to be calculated for the whole journey including flown sectors. Such an entry with all the modifiers is quite complicated. FQP Assistant makes this significantly easier for you

SmartButtons is used to script/automate repeatings tasks and processes in Smartpoint.

SmartButtons is automatically included in Smartpoint Version 11.x and higher).

Note: in Smartpoint Version 10.x and below you can manually enable/disable SmartButtons:

Availability by Flightnumber

Availability by Flightnumber offers the possibility to search directly for flight connections by flight number. This option is particularly suitable if the customer has already found the flight connection on the Internet and now wants to book it through your travel agency.

Automated Retention Segment

Automatically adds a retention segment when enabled and configured.

#ENABLE RETENTION shows the configuration dialog and enables the automatic adding of a retention segment
#DISABLE RETENTION disables the automatic adding of retention segments.

AutoReceive

If the agent has not configured the AutoReceive in Smartpoint Configuration, DOGS Plugin will automatically do this for the agent and set this to Firstname-Lastname.

PKeys

If the agent has not configured Pkeys in Focalpoint or Smartpoint, DOGS Plugin will automatically setup a default PKEYS configuration.

HideDesktop

In Austria (and parts of Switzerland) DOGS Plugin will automatically hide Galileo Desktop on startup.

EuroStar Seatmap Plugin

Use #ENABLE EUROSTAR to enable EuroStar (9F) Seatmaps in Travelport Smartpoint - use #DISABLE EUROSTAR TO disable this functionality.

#HISTORY displays historical PNR data in a comprehensive and intuitive way. Use #ENABLE HISTORY to enable Travelwire Reservation History. #HISTORYCONFIG to connect to a Travelport Booking Feed (TBF) database for additional historical PNR informations and #DISABLE HISTORY to disable this tool.

#CULTURE (!INTERNAL!)

#CULTURE or #CULTURE EN / #CULTURE DE changes the internal country settings in Smartpoint.
This can be used to track bugs caused by different language or regional settings - for internal use only!
